Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to help you feel more confident about getting support.

It’s completely normal to have questions before reaching out—especially when you’re already dealing with something stressful.

If you don’t see your question here, you’re always welcome to ask.

We can take things one step at a time.

Do you provide legal advice?

No. Organized Court Support provides non-legal support only. We do not interpret laws, recommend legal strategies, or represent clients in court. Our role is to help you organize your documents, improve clarity, and prepare materials so they are easier to understand.

Can you help me write my documents?

Yes—with an important distinction. We help you structure and write documents based on your own information and experiences, and we edit for clarity and readability. All content comes from you, and you remain fully responsible for your case.

I don’t have anything organized yet—can you still help me?

Yes. This is actually very common. You can come with notes, screenshots, drafts, or scattered documents. We’ll work through it together and bring structure to everything.

Do I need a lawyer to work with you?

No. Many clients are self-represented. Others work with a lawyer but want additional help organizing and preparing their documents. If you need legal advice, we recommend speaking with a licensed lawyer or paralegal.

How do I get started?

The first step is a FREE 15-minute consultation. We’ll talk about what you need, what’s feeling overwhelming, and what kind of support would help most. There’s no pressure to commit.

What if I feel overwhelmed or not ready?

That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can start small, go at your pace, and focus on one step at a time.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on the level of support you need. Most clients fall within:

• $127 (starter session)

• $297–$597 (document support)

• $1,100+ (full case organization).

We’ll go over options during your consultation so you can choose what feels right.

Do you offer payment plans?

In some cases, yes. For larger packages, payment can sometimes be split into stages to make things more manageable.

How long does it take to complete my documents?

Timelines vary depending on:

• the type of service

• the amount of material

• how quickly documents are shared.

This will be discussed clearly before work begins.

Will you keep my information confidential?

Yes. Your information is treated with care and kept private. However, please note that this is not a law firm, and communication is not protected by solicitor-client privilege. If you have safety concerns, we can adjust how we communicate.

Can you talk to the court or the other party for me?

No. We do not communicate with the court, lawyers, or opposing parties. Our role is to support you in preparing your documents.

What if I need revisions?

Revisions are included in most packages. If additional revisions are needed beyond what’s included, they can be added as needed.

What happens after I contact you?

Here’s what to expect:

1. We have a free consultation

2. You choose a service (if it feels right)

3. You complete intake + payment

4. You send your documents

5. We begin working with you step by step

What makes this different from using templates or doing it myself?

Templates are general. This service is personalized. You receive support based on your situation, help organizing your specific information, and guidance to make your documents clearer and easier to follow.

I’m nervous about reaching out—what should I expect?

That’s completely understandable. The first conversation is simply a calm, respectful discussion about what you need. You won’t be judged or pressured. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
