Terms & Conditions – Organized Court Support (OCS)

Welcome to Organized Court Support (“OCS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of Services (No Legal Advice)
Organized Court Support provides document organization, administrative support, and general guidance for individuals navigating the family court process. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. Nothing on this website or in our communications should be interpreted as legal advice. You are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel where appropriate.
2. Use of Our Services
By using our services, you agree that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are responsible for all decisions made based on the information provided
- You will use our services for lawful purposes only
3. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your court matter and all decisions related to it
- You are responsible for reviewing all documents before submission to the court
- You are responsible for meeting all court deadlines and requirements
OCS is not responsible for:
- Court outcomes
- Missed deadlines
- Decisions made based on our support services
4. Payment Terms
All fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. Services will not begin until payment is received.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services: All sales are final once services have begun. No refunds will be issued for partially completed or completed work.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund.
6. Communication Standards
OCS is committed to maintaining respectful, professional communication. We reserve the right to: Refuse or discontinue services if communication becomes abusive, threatening, or inappropriate; and require communication to occur through structured channels (e.g., email only).
7. Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, you acknowledge that: Electronic communication (email, online platforms) carries inherent risks; absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law: OCS shall not be liable for: Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; Losses related to court outcomes, delays, or decisions; Errors or omissions in documents once reviewed and approved by you. Your use of our services is at your own risk.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Organized Court Support from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: Your use of our services; Your breach of these Terms; Your court matter or related proceedings.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including: Text, Templates, Guides, and Branding, is the property of Organized Court Support and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
11. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Wix, payment processors, file storage providers). We are not responsible for: Their policies; service interruptions; or data handling practices.
12. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse services at any time if: These Terms are violated; communication becomes inappropriate; or we determine the relationship is no longer productive.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
